2007 marked the 13th consecutive year that TotalView users have gathered together in Dallas to share ideas with their peers and learn about new developments from IEX product experts. The event took place May 14th to May 17th at the Hyatt Regency Dallas.
We had over 900 attendees and more than 80 presentations, making this the largest conference in the industry devoted exclusively to workforce management issues.

IEXcellence awards recognize contact centers demonstrating the use of innovative workforce management practices to achieve significant operational benefits. Winners were showcased at the 12th annual TotalView® User Conference, the industry's largest annual conference devoted to workforce management issues and practices.
