How do I register?
You must register online via this website.
How do I find out about free attendance?
Your TMC [ TotalView Management Contact] is responsible for issuing the number of free attendees from your company. After this number has been met, the conference fee will be $595.00 per person, prior to April 15, 2008.
What if I need to make changes to or cancel my registration?

When will the detailed agenda be available?
We expect this to be finalized by early February.
What should I pack to wear?
Business casual is recommended during the day, casual attire for the nighttime activities. Bring a sweater/light jacket in case the meeting rooms are cool, or to wear for the evening events. Average temperatures for Dallas in mid-May are 77 for the high and 56 for the low.
How do I request special dietary accommodations?
Please utilize the supplied field on the online registration form to request special dietary accommodations.
Where do I pick up my registration packet?
On the evening of May 12 between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m., you can pick up your conference materials and meet with other users before the forum officially starts on Tuesday morning. The Solutions Showcase from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. will be held in the Hyatt Regency Reunion hotel. This will give you an ideal opportunity to network in an informal atmosphere with key suppliers of contact center products and services. By popular demand, we are again having the butt sketch artist at our reception. If you cannot join us on Monday evening, you can register on Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m.

How do I reserve the special conference rate at the hotel?
The conference site, The Hyatt Regency - Dallas, 300 Reunion Blvd., Dallas, is holding the special conference rate of $169 per night only until April 15, 2008. We strongly recommend that you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible because the space fills up very quickly, even before the cutoff date for the special rate. Please call Guest Room Reservations at 214.651.1234 and ask for the TotalView User Conference rate. You can also call the Global Reservations Center at 1.800.233.1234.
What is the difference between the pre-conference workshops and the conference?
Pre-conference workshops will be held on Monday, May 12, 2008 from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm prior to the commencement of the conference.
Can anyone attend any of the breakout sessions?
Yes, the agenda is set out in tracks and depending on your experience or position we would recommend that you follow the track applicable to your position or experience.
Do I need to pre-register for any breakout sessions I want to attend?
No.
Can I get extra handouts for my colleagues that cannot attend?
You will receive a CD containing all the conference material - you can print from this when you return to the office. You may also request an extra CD's for your colleagues.
What is a TotalView Management Contact?
Your company has designated a single "point of contact" who provides the interface between IEX and your company. This individual will be the contact for IEX program managers during the implementation and training, will approve invoices for payment and handle billing issues, will initiate trouble calls to Product support and, in general will be the person through whom communication with IEX takes place.
If I use a free space to register and then find out I cannot attend, can someone else from my company use this free space instead?

What happens if I register after the deadline of April 15, 2008?
ALL registrations received after April 15, 2008 will be charged a $695 late conference fee even if you have not exceeded your maximum number of free attendees!
Who pays for travel and hotel accommodation?
All attendees are responsible for their travel and hotel costs.
How do I find out to whom IEX mailed the conference information at my company?
The information is sent to the TotalView Management Contact (TMC). It is their responsibility to decide whom they want to attend the conference. If you do not know your TMC, contact your Customer Advocate or Marilyn Board to ascertain this information.
If I want to set up a meeting during the conference with someone specific from IEX, what do I need to do?
Please email that specific person to set up the time.
Can we have more attendees than we have free spaces?
Yes, for additional attendees the conference fee is only $595 per person.
Does IEX invoice us for the additional attendees?
IEX will accept all major credit cards for cost of additional attendees. If your company wishes to be invoiced , please supply purchase order for the cost of these additional attendees.
I have special needs - wheelchair, etc.? How do my needs get accommodated?
The Hyatt Regency has 31 award-winning guestrooms and three suites expressly designed to meet the needs of persons with disabilities. The Hotel can arrange for the appropriate transportation to and from the airport. We also arrange all transportation to off site activities.
Can I bring my spouse or children to the evening activities?
Due to limited space and advance planning for evening activities, we cannot not allow spouses or children to attend.
