Ground Transportation
Since all of the sessions will be at the hotel and we will provide transportation to any off-site activities, a rental car may not be necessary.
Super Shuttle (1.800.258.3826) also provides convenient travel to and from the airports - $16.00 each way. This service has a reservation desk conveniently located in the Hyatt Regency hotel lobby.
Taxis are available at the Airport Cab stand, or outside the terminal. Allow 30-45 minutes total travel time. Approximate charge, one-way: $30-$35 excluding gratuity for up to four people.
The Hyatt Regency Dallas provides guests several modes of transportation including a transportation station on property. Connected via underground concourse to Union Station, attendees can use the Light Rail System servicing all of Dallas, the Commuter Rail connecting Dallas to Fort Worth and the DFW International Airport, and/or Amtrak which services all of the United States.
